                       How To Be A Morning Person

I realized this is the problem for all of us. We all want Level 10 success, in every areas of our lives--health, happiness, finances, relationships, career, spirituality, you name it--but if our levels of personal development (knowledge, experience, mindset, beliefs, etc.) in any given area area not a level 10, then life is always going to be a struggle.


THERE ARE SOME 5 SIMPLE PROVEN SCIENTIFIC WAYS THAT'll DEFINITELY MAKE YOU A MORNING PERSON
1. Set Your Intentions Before Bed
The very first key to waking up is to remember this: Your first thought in the morning is usually the last thought you had before you went to bed. For example, we've all had night where we could hardly fall asleep because we are so excited about waking up the next morning. Whether it was Christmas Eve, the night before your birthday, Your first day of school, Starting a new job , or going on a vacation--as soon as the alarm clock sounds, you suddenly open your eyes with enthusiasm and excitement to get out of bed and embrace the day!
And, the  main  effective key is consciously decide every night to activate and mindfully creating a positive expectation for the next  morning.

3. Brush Your Teeth






I know. I know. Really, i am telling you to brush your teeth.
Yes. The point is that you're doing mindless activities for the first few minutes and simply giving your body time to wake up. And, after turning off your alarm clock, go directly to the bathroom sink to brush your teeth and splash some warm(or cold) water on your face.

4. Drink A Full Glass of Water






It's very crucial that you hydrate yourself first thing every morning. After some 6-8 hours without water, you'll naturally be mildly dehydrated, and dehydration causes fatigue. Often when most people feel tired--at any time of the day--what they really need is more water, not more sleep.

5.Get Dressed In Your Workout Clothes






Last but not least. get dressed in your exercise clothes, so you're ready to leave your bedroom and immediately engage in your morning. Some people prefer to start their day by jumping into the shower, but i believed we should earn out morning shower by breaking a sweat,first!


Bonus Tip: The Mind-Body Connection is a powerful thing, and i believe we must take responsibility for every aspect of our lives, including the power to wake up every day feeling energized, regardless of how many hours of sleep we get.
