HOW TO CONTROL ANGER.

Anger is an emotion and a natural thing, sometimes unwanted or irrational, emotional that everybody experienced from time to time.

Here are some methods that help you to control and manage the anger:
  1. If you feel like abuse someone or shouting on someone do this: bring your voice down only you can hear and then whisper what you want to say to another person. It's difficult to feel anger in a whisper. 

  2. Lie down if possible, it'll make you calm.
  3. Say to yourself, "Don't be a fool, this won't make me a champion", so skip it and I'll make a fool of myself.
  4. When you feel hurt find the cure, give love and forgiveness.
  5. If something is damaging you go to someone you trust and pour it our out to him until not a vestige of remains within you then, forget it.
  6. Start praying for the person that hurts your feelings, continue until you feel this feeling fade away. ( it takes an average 6 times to forgive someone.)
  7. when you feel this anger emotion hold your finger straight, don't make a fist.
