PRODUCTIVITY FORMULA

Productivity is doing more efficient work in less time. Productivity formula is given by an author Richard Koch after analyzing the real productivity behavior data. If you apply this formula to your life, more work is done in less time.

                              The 80/20 Principle

Author Richard made this principle after doing some research on human productive behavior. He found that most of the work done when we only feel most productive, and that time is the most productive time. Some most famous scientists, author are night's owl means they work on the night instead of the morning because that time they can fully focus on their work.

So everyone feels overwhelmed and exhausted when doing work in a tired mood. So if you are doing some work just to make it done then don't do it. because here is the principle when you can work more in less time:

  • The 80/20 Rule: This rule basically says that 20% of your time creates 80% of your productivity or 80% results come from 20% of the effort and time.

  • In a simple way, 20% of the food you eat 80% of the time probably explains that you keep a healthy diet or not.
The key to having more is doing less:
  • What 20% of sources are causing 80% of your problem and unhappiness?
  • And What 20% of the sources are resulting in 80% of the outcome and happiness?
  • limit your task work time to most important to shorten work time (80/20)
So instead of being a busy focus on being productive. Always remember that the most important actions ate the most uncomfortable.

When we multitask work neither work is done properly, like eating while doing some online research. It's better to have one thing at one time to make the work most productive. Always focus on one thing.

The 80/20 principle is a powerful mantra for any task. the 80% productivity is the least when doing research so that's why it's the name as 80/20 principle. Apply this principle to any area of your life and you'll get astonishing results.

Good luck with a new productive life.
